Delivery, returns and complaint procedure

Course of your order

  1. You have placed your order.
  2. The Paperpod-team will process your order and prepare your package for shipment.
  3. Depending on the chosen delivery method, your package will be picked up by our courier or set aside for collection.
  4. As soon as your order has been sent out, you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace link from GLS.

 

What to do if you have a complaint about our service?

Are any additional costs charged for a delivery at home?

For orders amounting to €50 or more, shipping is free. Below this amount, a shipping fee of €3,75 is applied.

 

30 days time to reconsider and the terms and conditions

If you wish to pull out of your purchase, this is possible within the legal period of 14 days, which we prolong with an additional 16 days. Please take into account that the customer will pay the return costs and that the articles must be returned in their original state.
